Cloud Fixer does not allow marketing or promotional emails to be sent through our business email services — including MXroute, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho, Titan, or any other hosted mail systems managed by Cloud Fixer.
Marketing and bulk promotional messages must instead be sent through approved third-party marketing platforms such as Capsule CRM with Transpond, SMTP2GO, or similar marketing systems.
We offer these services exclusively to verified businesses providing legitimate products or services — never to spam or bulk-mailing operations.
Why We Prohibit Marketing Emails

Understanding What Is and Isn’t Allowed
Not Allowed on Cloud Fixer Email Systems:

- Sales pitches, marketing blasts, or cold outreach to non-consenting recipients
- Automated or high-volume promotional messages
Allowed:
- Transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, receipts)
- Legitimate one-to-one business correspondence

- Company newsletters or updates to existing customers or members who have opted in
